  • Cooked rice (for serving)
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or the base of a slow cooker, combine the ketchup, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic.
  2. Add the meatballs and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
  3. Season with a pinch of garlic salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Cook on high for 2–3 hours or low for 3–4 hours.
  5. Turn the slow cooker to warm until ready to serve and adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve as an appetizer or over rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
