- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs (about 50)
- Garlic salt & pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or the base of a slow cooker, combine the ketchup, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Add the meatballs and stir until fully coated in the sauce.
- Season with a pinch of garlic salt and pepper if desired.
- Cook on high for 2–3 hours or low for 3–4 hours.
- Turn the slow cooker to warm until ready to serve and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve as an appetizer or over rice, topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Stovetop method: Combine sauce ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat, add meatballs, and simmer for 10–15 minutes until heated through.
- Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
