  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer according to fry package instructions.
  2. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan or pressure cooker on sauté mode. Add brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Transfer fries to a large bowl and toss with the seasoned butter mixture.
  5. Add ranch dressing, flour, and milk to the pressure cooker. Stir, seal, and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and melted.
