Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each breast with barbecue sauce, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and cooked bacon slices.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
