Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray two large non-stick sheet pans with avocado oil spray or line with parchment paper.
- Thinly slice zucchini using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer.
- Divide slices between prepared pans. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer without overlapping.
- Lightly spray with oil spray and sprinkle evenly with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
