  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Fresh Rhubarb (diced)
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 23 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 12 drops Orange Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Fold flour mixture into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently mix in diced rhubarb.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake 55–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
  9. Whisk powdered sugar, cream, and orange oil to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled bread.
