  • 2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Arby’s sauce (plus more for topping)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions

  1. Add the chuck roast to the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the dried minced onion and steak seasoning evenly over the roast.
  3. Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the top, followed by the Arby’s sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  5. Shred the meat using two forks and stir it back into the sauce. Set the slow cooker to WARM.
  6. Heat the cheddar cheese sauce separately.
  7. Pile the shredded beef onto onion rolls and top with warm cheddar cheese sauce and extra sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
