Ingredients

- 2–3 lb chuck roast
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Arby’s sauce (plus more for topping)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- 6 onion rolls
Instructions
- Add the chuck roast to the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the dried minced onion and steak seasoning evenly over the roast.
- Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the top, followed by the Arby’s sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Shred the meat using two forks and stir it back into the sauce. Set the slow cooker to WARM.
- Heat the cheddar cheese sauce separately.
- Pile the shredded beef onto onion rolls and top with warm cheddar cheese sauce and extra sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add tomato, lettuce, and mayo for a deluxe version.
- Use BBQ sauce if Arby’s sauce is unavailable.
- Swap cheese sauce for shredded cheddar if preferred.
- Toast the rolls for extra texture.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
