- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. In a large bowl, mix them with chopped pickles and sliced red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Toss again before serving and enjoy.

- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- Add extra Sriracha if you prefer a spicier slaw.
