Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups dried bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (plus more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, dried cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In another bowl, mix turkey, chicken broth, melted butter, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add turkey mixture to bread mixture and stir until combined. Add more broth if too dry.
  5. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Add extra herbs like rosemary for more festive flavor.
