- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (mild or spicy)
- 3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, grated or minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- Whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, break apart, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in broccoli, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli, mix evenly.
- Cook 5 more minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
