  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked beef, cooked rice, condensed soup, and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
