- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Olive oil or non-stick spray (to grease baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter option.
- This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple green salad.
