- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
