- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing to coat.
- Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and slightly golden on edges.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Do not overcook shrimp—they cook quickly and become rubbery if overdone.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired.
