Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing to coat.
  4. Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and slightly golden on edges.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Do not overcook shrimp—they cook quickly and become rubbery if overdone.
