Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add Chicken: Add the cooked chicken and mix until well coated.
- Incorporate Vegetables and Fruits: Stir in celery, grapes (or apples), walnuts (or almonds), and parsley if using. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Chill (Optional): Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best flavor.
- Serve: On its own, over greens, in a wrap, or on whole-grain bread.
