  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Allow it to heat.
  4. Arrange steak strips in a single layer. Sear for 2 minutes, flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, pour honey-soy mixture over the steak, and toss to coat. Cook 1–2 minutes until glaze thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
