Grilled Cajun Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are buttery, savory, and elevate any dinner into a fancy experience. Perfect for a dinner party or a luxurious weeknight meal.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade Cajun Seasoning or storebought

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center with kitchen shears. Loosen the meat and pull it upward. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and Cajun seasoning. Brush over the lobster meat.
  4. Grill lobster flesh-side down for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred. Flip, brush again, and cook 5 more minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Serve immediately with extra butter if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster tails for best flavor.
  • Oven broiling is an alternative if a grill is unavailable.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
