- 4 lobster tails
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Homemade Cajun Seasoning or storebought
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center with kitchen shears. Loosen the meat and pull it upward. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and Cajun seasoning. Brush over the lobster meat.
- Grill lobster flesh-side down for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred. Flip, brush again, and cook 5 more minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve immediately with extra butter if desired.

- Use fresh lobster tails for best flavor.
- Oven broiling is an alternative if a grill is unavailable.
