Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing broccoli)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli for 5–7 minutes until tender but vibrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, remaining garlic, soy sauce, and cooked leftover marinade. Heat until warmed through.
- Slice grilled chicken. Assemble bowls with broccoli on the bottom, top with chicken, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Chicken can be marinated up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
- Use half-and-half for a lighter sauce if desired.
- Serve over rice or quinoa for a heartier bowl.
