  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli for 5–7 minutes until tender but vibrant. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, remaining garlic, soy sauce, and cooked leftover marinade. Heat until warmed through.
  5. Slice grilled chicken. Assemble bowls with broccoli on the bottom, top with chicken, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chicken can be marinated up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Use half-and-half for a lighter sauce if desired.
  • Serve over rice or quinoa for a heartier bowl.
