This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a lightened-up version of your favorite game-day snack, made with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese for more protein and less fat.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped; plus more for garnish
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Set aside 2 tbsp cheddar cheese.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, hot sauce, remaining cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe bowl on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle reserved cheddar on top and bake 15-20 minutes.
  5. Top with blue cheese and extra green onions. Serve with chips, carrots, or celery.
