- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped; plus more for garnish
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Set aside 2 tbsp cheddar cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, hot sauce, remaining cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, garlic powder, and salt.
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe bowl on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle reserved cheddar on top and bake 15-20 minutes.
- Top with blue cheese and extra green onions. Serve with chips, carrots, or celery.
