- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated cheddar or gouda cheese
- 50 g (½ cup) almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Add cheese and egg. Mix into a dough.
- Roll out dough between two parchment sheets to 3–5 mm thickness.
- Remove top parchment and cut into squares or shapes.
- Transfer to baking tray and bake 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool completely.
- Serve as a snack or with dips, soups, or salads.
Notes
- Firm up completely as they cool for perfect crispness.
- Optional spices can be adjusted to taste.
- Store in an airtight container for several days.
