  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–4 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spoon over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and feta is golden and bubbly. Optionally, broil 2–3 minutes for extra color.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges, and drizzle with any remaining juices.
