- 2 fresh lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center and gently pull the meat out, placing it over the shell.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and dried pepper flakes.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil the lobster tails for 6–8 minutes, until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140–145°F.
- Serve immediately, drizzling any remaining garlic butter sauce over the lobster.
Notes
- Garnish with extra chopped parsley for a pop of color.
- Serve with lemon wedges, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
