Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the meat mixture until well-coated.
- Transfer to the baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
