- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until golden and caramelized.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Let the mixture simmer for another 5 minutes for the flavors to come together.
- Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns.
- Scoop the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each bun, top with shredded Swiss cheese, and place the top bun.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
