  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Pour melted butter in the bottom of a large baking dish.
  6. Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of the butter.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let chicken rest a few minutes, then garnish with parsley.
  10. Serve immediately.
