- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Pour melted butter in the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of the butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest a few minutes, then garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
