  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, lime zest, and orange zest to make the marinade.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high, lightly oil grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, discard excess, and grill 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
