- 1 TBSP granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet
- 3 cups sparkling berry lemonade
Instructions
- Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash to form a berry puree.
- Place a spoonful of puree at the bottom of 6 glasses.
- Top with a small scoop of raspberry sherbet, then fill with sparkling berry lemonade.
- Garnish with fresh berries if desired and serve immediately.
