  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil.
  4. Add chicken, season lightly, and cook 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat. Simmer 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and optional jalapeños, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Increase chili sauce or add red pepper flakes for extra spice.
  • Serve over cauliflower rice or steamed vegetables to keep low carb.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. Reheat gently to maintain sauce texture.
