Melt-in-your-mouth chicken is just that. Juicy, creamy, and tender with a golden Parmesan crust that literally melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. If chicken breasts are thick, cut them in half. Place in prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Try Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
  • Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor and color.
  • Great served with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
