- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- If chicken breasts are thick, cut them in half. Place in prepared baking dish.
- Spread the mayo mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Try Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor and color.
- Great served with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
