- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup water or beef broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water or broth. Pour into skillet, stir, and simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired, stir well.
- Toss in cooked noodles, mixing until coated with sauce and beef.

Notes
Add veggies like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas for more flavor and nutrition. For a sweeter variation, mix in a little hoisin sauce. Adjust spice to taste by increasing or omitting red pepper flakes.
