Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, turning to coat evenly.

- Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Serve: Arrange the baked chicken on plates and drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce. Serve immediately.
