Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, spreading evenly.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot with two forks and mix with juices.
  6. Serve as tacos, sandwiches, over rice or pasta, or alongside vegetables.
