  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers, any color
  • 2 cups Broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, optional
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place chicken in the crockpot and coat with sauce mixture.
  4. Layer bell peppers and broccoli over chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  6. Optional: remove chicken and veggies to reduce sauce on stovetop, then return and mix gently.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
