- 1 lb Chicken Thighs or Breasts
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 2 cups Bell Peppers, any color
- 2 cups Broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, optional
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Place chicken in the crockpot and coat with sauce mixture.
- Layer bell peppers and broccoli over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
- Optional: remove chicken and veggies to reduce sauce on stovetop, then return and mix gently.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
