- 400 g chicken thighs (cut into small pieces)
- 2 cups scallion (chopped, separate white and green parts)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
Instructions
- Mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and corn starch. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pan fry chicken until fully cooked.
- Add white parts of scallions and cook until softened. Cover if using larger or bone-in pieces.
- Add green parts of scallions and stir 10–20 seconds.
- Sprinkle more pepper or scallions if desired and serve with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is fully cooked for safety.
- Use a non-stick pan for best results.
- You can add sugar or honey if a sweeter taste is preferred.
