- 6–7 colossal tiger shrimp
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5–6 frozen chicken & vegetable dumplings
- 1 pack buldak rose ramen
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
- Green onions
- Chili crisp oil
- 2 boiled eggs
- Red chilis
- Reserved noodle water
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, and chili powder. Cook over medium-high heat 2–3 minutes each side until curled into a C shape.
- Mix the Broth Base: In your serving bowl, combine kewpie mayo, ramen seasoning packet, hot sauce, and egg yolk.
- Cook Noodles and Dumplings: Boil noodles and dumplings, reserving half a cup of noodle water.
- Assemble: Add hot noodle water to the bowl mixture, then stir in noodles, dumplings, shrimp, and toppings.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with chili crisp, green onions, red chilis, and boiled eggs for a perfect finish.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen tiger shrimp for the best flavor.
- Mix the mayo and egg yolk quickly to create a creamy broth base.
- For extra heat, drizzle more chili crisp just before serving.
