- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and vanilla protein powder.
- Add almond butter, softened cream cheese, honey, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined. Use your hands if needed to fully incorporate everything.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, substitute half of the vanilla protein powder with chocolate protein powder.
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon zest for a citrusy flavor.
- These can be frozen for up to 1 month.
