  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (7-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne. Coat chicken well. Cover and refrigerate for 6–24 hours.
  3. Preheat oven or broiler to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment. Arrange chicken without overlapping.
  4. Broil 15–20 minutes until slightly charred. Flip and cook another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
