- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp (28g) butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in beef broth, scraping the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, coat in sauce, and stir.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Adjust garlic to taste for a milder or stronger flavor.
- Pairs wonderfully with pasta, rice, or bread.
