  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: 1 cup caramelized onions, 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, 2 tablespoons dried parsley, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or hot sauce, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 cup cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
  3. Melt remaining butter in skillet; sauté garlic 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and honey, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken. Simmer 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. If using cheese, sprinkle on top and cover briefly until melted.
  7. Garnish with parsley and optional caramelized onions. Serve hot with sides of choice.
