- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and sear seasoned chicken until golden brown, about 5–6 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and paprika to the skillet; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer gently while scraping up the browned bits from the skillet.
- Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish, pour sauce over top, and sprinkle with shredded jack cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Pair with mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or roasted vegetables for a hearty meal.
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper or use pepper jack cheese.
