  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Chop parsley and mince garlic.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Add garlic and chicken broth; simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with cold water, add to skillet, and stir until sauce thickens.
