- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef (85/15)
- 18 oz spaghetti
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1.25 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook 6–8 minutes until deeply browned and slightly crispy.
- Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Push beef to one side, add remaining butter, onion, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in cream cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Add cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella gradually, stirring until sauce becomes thick and creamy.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the cheese sauce.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve hot.
