  • 18 oz spaghetti
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1.25 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large deep pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook 6–8 minutes until deeply browned and slightly crispy.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Push beef to one side, add remaining butter, onion, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Whisk in cream cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  8. Add cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella gradually, stirring until sauce becomes thick and creamy.
  9. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until fully coated in the cheese sauce.
  10. Top with fresh parsley and serve hot.
