- 2 lbs yellow potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 12 oz smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 2 cans cut green beans (14.5 oz each), drained
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix (0.6 oz)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Add quartered potatoes to the crock pot and spread evenly.
- Layer diced onion, sliced smoked turkey sausage, and drained green beans on top.
- Sprinkle Italian dressing mix, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika evenly over ingredients.
- Dot the top with butter pieces.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are fork tender.
- Gently stir before serving to coat everything in the buttery seasoning sauce.
Notes
- Add cooked shredded chicken for extra protein.
- Swap green beans for broccoli or zucchini for variation.
