Ingredients

- 14.75 oz canned salmon
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Spray air fryer basket with oil spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Place in air fryer and lightly spray tops.
- Cook at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
Notes
- Use pink salmon for best results.
- Remove bones/skin if needed.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Can be frozen after cooking.
