Quick and easy air fryer salmon patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges and tartar sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spray air fryer basket with oil spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully combined.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Place in air fryer and lightly spray tops.
  5. Cook at 390°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

Notes

  • Use pink salmon for best results.
  • Remove bones/skin if needed.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket.
  • Can be frozen after cooking.
