- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, if using.
- Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken breasts if preferred.
- Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
