  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, if using.
  7. Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

  • Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken breasts if preferred.
