- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pizza dough (thawed overnight)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (divided)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Stir in ranch dressing and remaining buffalo sauce until fully combined.
- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over dough.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Roll into a tight log and seal edges.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake ~30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level.
- Letting it rest helps the filling set before slicing.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
