Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Caramelize onions in butter and olive oil for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and thyme, cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken and orzo.
  5. Add broth, cream, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, add cheeses on top.
  9. Bake 10–15 more minutes until golden.
  10. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
