Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Stir in flour and cook to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in broth, milk, and cream.
- Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Season and serve hot.
