- 1 pound imitation crab meat (krab)
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Gently mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled.
