Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and fully cooked, then set aside.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic in the same pan.
- Add chicken broth and simmer to deglaze.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat in sauce.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
