  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley and red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook in slow cooker on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender.
  3. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and milk, then stir in ranch seasoning and simmer.
  6. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  7. Combine cooked pasta and steak with sauce and toss well.
  8. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
